Mind Your Words

When you say:
 
“This is just who I am”
“I don’t know how”
“It is what it is”

 
You close the possibilities for change and progress.
 
Be mindful of these phrases. They sound innocuous, but repeated over time, they become deeply ingrained beliefs that will keep you stuck in powerlessness.
 
If you want to move forward and feel capable of change, you’ll have to be willing to intentionally shift these beliefs.
