On Fear and Discomfort

We grow and change by overcoming our fears, not by avoiding them. 

Think of all the firsts that were uncomfortable and scary at the beginning, but now they come as a second nature.

​Avoiding fear and discomfort will keep you in the same place - standing still and wondering ‘what if?’ Strength and resilience are built in discomfort, but how you choose to support yourself through that discomfort matters.
