Don’t wait for a major change.
Instead, focus on the small things that can be completed today and will make tomorrow easier.
Look around you and focus on what’s unfinished.
For example:
Declutter your space
Give or throw away things you don’t use
Make an inventory of the things you’ve been avoiding
Have that uncomfortable conversation
Finish one of the things you’ve started
Just start with where you are.
