Start with what you CAN do!

Don’t wait for a major change.

​Instead, focus on the small things that can be completed today and will make tomorrow easier.

Look around you and focus on what’s unfinished.

For example:

  • Declutter your space

  • Give or throw away things you don’t use

  • Make an inventory of the things you’ve been avoiding

  • Have that uncomfortable conversation

  • Finish one of the things you’ve started


Just start with where you are.
