On Feeling Lost

We tend to feel lost when we find ourselves in places we haven't been before.

Whether we're trying to embrace a different state of mind or we're leaving a place of comfort, novelty tends to feel scary, like it's something we need protection from. 

And when we feel lost, we tell ourselves "This is a problem - I shouldn't feel this way."

  • What if feeling lost isn't a problem to be solved?

  • What if feeling lost can be an exciting new chapter in which you don't have to know ahead of time what to do?​

  • What if it can offer you new choices you haven't considered before?
