Start Where You Are

​Start with where you are and with what you can do!

​Don’t wait for a major change. Instead, focus on the small things that can be completed today and will make tomorrow easier. Look around you and focus on what’s unfinished.
 
For example:

  • Declutter your space

  • Give or throw away things you don’t use

  • Face things you’ve been avoiding

  • Have that uncomfortable conversation

  • Finish one of the things you’ve started
