Replace actions that perpetuate shame, worry, and self-judgment with actions that invite change, possibilities, and personal power!

Intentionally Replace:

  • Worrying about future

  • Judging and analyzing yourself

  • Doing things that drain you

  • Inactivity and lethargy

  • Collecting evidence about your brokenness


With:

  • Exploring what excites you

  • Uplifting and motivating yourself

  • Doing things that energize you

  • More movement and playfulness

  • Challenging painful stories about yourself
