You will not always: know what to do, how to do it, be motivated, believe in yourself, feel confident, think you are capable, be a supportive partner, keep your cool, etc.

​Instead of forcing yourself into repeating affirmations that you don't believe, your power is in *being willing.*

Notice how it feels when you say:

  • I am willing to learn

  • I am willing to try

  • I am willing to keep going

  • I am willing to believe in myself

  • I am willing to feel confident

  • I am willing to think I’m capable

  • I am willing to be patient

  • I am willing to work on it

  • I am willing to give it a chance
