You will not always: know what to do, how to do it, be motivated, believe in yourself, feel confident, think you are capable, be a supportive partner, keep your cool, etc.
Instead of forcing yourself into repeating affirmations that you don't believe, your power is in *being willing.*
Notice how it feels when you say:
I am willing to learn
I am willing to try
I am willing to keep going
I am willing to believe in myself
I am willing to feel confident
I am willing to think I’m capable
I am willing to be patient
I am willing to work on it
I am willing to give it a chance
If you are willing, you are half way there.
